Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide, in particular via our quote request form:
- first and last name;
- phone number (mobile);
- e-mail address;
- departure and arrival addresses, floor, type of service;
- preferred date and information about your move;
- any information you choose to add in the “message” field.
We also collect certain technical data via cookies (see our cookie policy).
Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to:
- respond to your quote and contact requests and prepare an offer (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and your consent);
- manage the client relationship and carry out our services (legal basis: performance of the contract);
- comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax (legal basis: legal obligation).
Recipients of the data
Your data is processed by RAPISERVICES SRL and is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with our technical service providers (processors) strictly necessary for the operation of the service, in particular:
- Hostinger — website hosting;
- Brevo — sending e-mails (quote request notifications);
- Google — fonts (Google Fonts) and, where applicable, visit statistics;
- Trustindex — displaying customer reviews;
- Meta / WhatsApp — when you contact us via the WhatsApp button.
These providers are required to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data.
Transfer outside the European Union
Some services we use (such as Google or WhatsApp) are companies located outside the European Union. Your data may therefore be processed abroad, but always with legal protections provided for by European regulations.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and the commercial relationship, then for the applicable legal periods (in particular accounting). Quote requests without follow-up are kept for 24 months and then deleted.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
